Malcolm Briggs - President
President of ICR Construction Services with contractual, marketing, operating and negotiating responsibilities in addition to being ultimately
responsible for ICR Construction Services construction projects. In four short years Malcolm has led ICR construction Services to
its strong position in the St. Louis construction industry working for clients the likes of Boeing, Metro and National City Bank. |
Brian Boettler- Vice President
Brian is the Vice President and a Project Manager on
certain projects for ICR. Brian has four years of field labor
experience in addition to his four years of project management. Brian
received his bachelors degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. |
Brad Harris- Project Engineer
Brad works with financials, contracts
and insurance in addition to being the owners contact for submittals and
financials. Brad received his bachelors degree from the University of
Missouri-Columbia and his masters from The Ohio State University. |
