Malcolm Briggs - President

President of ICR Construction Services with contractual, marketing, and negotiating responsibilities in addition to being ultimately responsible for ICR Construction Services construction projects. In four short years Malcolm led ICR construction Services to its strong position in the St. Louis construction industry working for clients the likes of Boeing, Lambert St. Louis Airport, the St. Louis Rams. Malcolm is also responsible for securing ICR’s preferred contractor status and regional contracts with clients such as National City Bank. Malcolm has been President and Owner of ICR since its inception and is a graduate of Kansas State University.

Brad Harris- Business Manager

Brad is the business manager and oversees the internal operations of ICR. Brad also is a project manager focusing primarily on projects under $1 million. Brad received his bachelors degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and his masters from The Ohio State University.
