Founded in November of 2001, ICR Construction Services is general
contracting company located in  Bridgeton and working on construction
projects throughout Missouri, focusing mainly in the St. Louis metropolitan
area. Since its inception, ICR Construction Services has been working for
clients the likes of Boeing and American Airlines as a general contractor.
ICR has experience working on the Cross County Metrolink Extension,  Walgreens Stores , and  National City Banks .

ICR is signatory with the laborers' and carpenters' unions and self performs demolition, foundations, rough carpentry, and concrete work in addition to drywall, insulation and ceilings. ICR Construction Services has grown into being a fixture in the St. Louis construction industry in a short period of time as the organization grew from doing 12 projects in its first year of business (2002) to working on 32 projects in 2003.  ICR has continued to grow over the past few years doing over $8 million in revenue in 2004 and more than $13 Million in 2005 .

After moving into a new office at the end of 2005, ICR has continued to expand by working on an average of over 40 project per year in 2006, 2007 and 2008. Most recently ICR Construction Services has finished work on the Syndicate Trust Project in downtown St. Louis, began Construction Management activities with the Great Rivers Greenway District, and continued construction activities with the Boeing Company and Lambert St. Louis Airport. 2009 promises to be another good year for ICR as we continue to finish multiple St. Louis Public School Mechanical Renovations, build another National City Bank and continue to extend its Construction Management division.

ICR is currently certified as an MBE/DBE Contractor with the following agencies:
