December 2006: ICR Construction Services opens 3rd National City Bank Location in past 12 months: With the completion of our most recent National City Bank project in Wentzville, MO, ICR Construction Services has completed three projects as a part of our regional contract for construction in the St. Louis area. ICR was contracted as one of National City Bank's building partners in early 2006 to work on construction projects in the St. Louis area and will continue working under this contract in 2007 beginning with a new bank branch located at Highway K and Mexico Rd in O'Fallon, MO.
January 2007: ICR breaks ground on Dellwood Retail Center: Continuing work with large retail projects, ICR has broken ground on the new Dellwood Retail Center in Dellwood, MO for Koman Properties. The construction project will consist of demolition of existing retail space and the building of multiple new facilities for retail commerce. The entire project will be completed in 2007 as will another retail development project at Loughborough and Grand that ICR will be beginning in the early spring.
Summer 2008: ICR will begin demolition on three St. Louis City School project in preparation for mechanical upgrades. ICR performed demolition in 2006 of several city schools which finished on schedule and within budget. As these projects must be completed during the summer vacation a very fast past schedule must be adhered to. In order to stay on schedule it is important to keep open communication lines open between the owner, general contractors, ICR’s project manager, and field personnel. We look forward to the completion of these three schools an anticipate another great success.
